If so then it’s likely that, with their permission, we process information about you which they’ve provided to us.

This is likely to include sick reports which detail the reasons for your absence from school – for example that you had a sore throat and a temperature on a particular day.

This information belongs to you and it’s your right to request a copy of it, to request that we make corrections (if necessary) and even to request that we delete the information completely.
